Monisha Saldanha is a product leader, educator, and podcast host passionate about helping organizations use technology to solve meaningful real-world problems. Over the past 15+ years, she has led product teams across healthcare, government, telecommunications, and SaaS, translating complex challenges into products that deliver measurable impact. Through her podcast, Colorado Tech People, she shares the stories and lessons of founders and executives building the next generation of technology companies. A graduate of Georgetown University and Harvard Business School, Monisha is committed to developing leaders and fostering innovation in Colorado's technology ecosystem.

Neha Myer

Co-Founder

Neha Myer is a growth and marketing leader, community builder, and podcast host with two decades of experience building revenue functions across retail and venture-backed organizations. She specializes in translating customer insights into compelling narratives, go-to-market strategies, and experiences that help businesses grow. As co-founder of Colorado Tech People, Neha helps uncover and share the stories of founders and leaders shaping Colorado's technology ecosystem. She is also an active contributor to Boulder's startup community, supporting founders through workshops, events, and her work with Boulder Startup Week. Neha is passionate about bringing people together, strengthening entrepreneurial communities, and helping meaningful ideas find the audiences they deserve.

Anastasia Voronkova

Anastasia Voronkova is a product and technology leader with more than 15 years of experience building digital products, operational systems, and customer experiences across startups and established organizations. Her work spans e-commerce, outdoor technology, media, and enterprise platforms, with a focus on turning complex needs into practical, maintainable solutions. For Colorado Tech People, Anastasia provides technology and process guidance and built the podcast's website from the ground up, creating the foundation for publishing episodes, supporting audience growth, and managing ongoing content. She is passionate about helping small teams make thoughtful technology decisions, establish efficient workflows, and build products that can evolve sustainably as their organizations grow.
